To get delicious results every time you grill, select tender foods or marinate the meat to tenderize. Spray the grill with PAM® Grilling to bring out the flavour even more.

To lock in the flavour, always flip your meat using tongs or a spatula sprayed with PAM® Grilling Piercing the cut with a fork or knife releases the juices that make your grilling creation succulent.

Flip your way to delicious grilled cooking by spraying PAM® Grilling on the cold grill, tongs, skewers and grill baskets. This will keep your flavourful meats, kabobs and veggies from sticking and your mouth-watering meal intact.

Grilling sweetens and intensifies the flavour of fresh vegetables. Eggplant, corn (in or out of its husk), potatoes, zucchini, asparagus, carrots, portobello mushrooms and peppers can all go directly on the grill. For other vegetables, use a grilling basket sprayed with PAM® Grilling.

Use a grill rack to prevent vegetables and other similar small foods from falling through. To ensure easy cleanup after grilling, spray the grill rack with PAM® Grilling.

To get those appetizing grill marks, place your cuts of meat directly on the grill and only flip them once. Depending on the size and thickness of the steak, 3-5 minutes on each side should be enough for a medium-rare doneness.

Use PAM® Grilling on fish and seafood before searing them on the grill. This will add colour and a distinctively delicious texture that'll leave your guests wanting more.

After grilling, let your steak sit for 5 minutes. The juices will redistribute throughout the meat, making it moist and flavourful.
